Yoga for Balance & Mobility

Join me for a 6-week series focusing on strength and stability. In this class we will work primarily seated in a chair or standing up. For many folks, getting down on the floor (as is often the case in typical yoga classes) is a major barrier to engaging with a yoga practice, whether it be from arthritis, disc issues, knee/hip replacement, size/weight, high blood pressure… you name it! In this class we will work strongly, in a way that is more accessible for many with these concerns.
