Weekend Workshop

Saturday & Sunday, June 8-9, 2019

Body-based meditative practices realign our relationship with our physical, mental and emotional core, opening the door to connection with our highest Self. This weekend workshop uses mindful movement, breathing exercises, meditation, and relational mindfulness to practice engaging with our bodies from a place of reverence. When we can practice open-hearted awareness in an embodied way, we meet life with renewed confidence and clarity. This workshop is open to all levels of practitioners and will include seated meditations for up to 30 minutes.

Saturday & Sunday, June 8-9th 10am – 4pm

Located at Camp Long in West Seattle. Students may opt to take one or both days of the workshop.
