Queer Movement Class

Kate offers a weekly, by-donation class to the LGBTQIA community. This class provides a safe space for members of this community to move, breathe, meditate and replenish energy resource.

Silent Yoga and Meditation Retreat

June 7-10, 2018

This yoga and meditation retreat is taught in the Buddhist tradition of Noble Silence. Students refrain from all forms of communication and remain in social silence as a way to deepen their inner experience. The retreat includes daily asana, prāṇāyāma and meditation classes with Dharma talks on the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali and the wisdom of the Buddha.
